What to expect: a 15 minute barefoot warm up, designed to target your core and prepare your body to walk in heels (or on your tippy toes). Next, time to dim the lights, turn up the jams, and get those heels on. We’ll walk across the room cultivating confidence and style along the way. Afterwards we will learn a short routine and spend the last moments of class dancing together.
Don’t get scared! I pride myself on choreography that is accessible to everyone.
