“core” = butt, abs, back, shoulders,

the muscles that support our spine and therefore our general well being. we build heat from our center, which allows us to lengthen, align and sculpt. correct your posture, relieve aches & pains (and look & feel hot).

flexibility for mobility

stretching is an active recovery method. increase your functional range of motion and unlock your body. increase the blood flow to your brain and heart and send freshly oxygenated blood to your organs. feel better in your body. 

regulate your nervous system

connect to your body to calm down your mind. stimulate the part of your brain responsible for rest and recovery. develop your capacity to be calm and aware. support your body’s natural anti-anxiety mechanism.
