Meet Chelsea

SUMMARY

Chelsea is an experienced and versatile instructor who greatly admires the art of teaching. She started out teaching group dance classes, and yes, she loves to dance, but more than that she loves the transformation she witnesses in her students. Galileo said, “You cannot teach a man anything, you can only help him to find it within himself” and that rings true to her. Through dance and yoga, Chelsea offers the keys to releasing the confidence, freedom, and joy that are already inside of us all.
