Chelsea is an experienced and versatile instructor able to teach dance, yoga and fitness classes. She has been a dedicated yoga student for years, participated in a yoga work/study program and recently completed her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) Certification from a Yoga Alliance recognized institute. She also has training in first aid/CPR, athletic injury prevention/care and human anatomy.
She is enthusiastic about health and wellness. Chelsea enjoys teaching all ages, genders and skill levels.
